How John W. Day Earned More Than 1,000 Media Placements

President Donald Trump announced last week that he would give every American adult $5,000 if Republicans won the midterms. It was big news, and within hours, Newsroom PR client John W. Day was explaining the legal ramifications in outlets everywhere.

Newsroom PR first connected Day with AP Television for his analysis. After seeing the clip, reporters at other outlets reached out to him.

AP then pulled quotes from his video interview for its print story, which was picked up by hundreds of outlets. Soon after, a New York Times reporter saw his AP comments and called him for an interview, resulting in an original New York Times story.

Reporters at People, Newsweek and other outlets wrote their own stories and cited Day’s comments from the AP coverage.

When all was said and done, John W. Day’s big day led to more than 1,000 media placements.

Earned Media, Legal Authority and AI Visibility

Newsroom PR helps trial attorneys turn what they know and what they’re doing into visibility that matters. While Day’s 1,000-plus placements were not a typical campaign, they illustrate what legal experts come to us for: authoritative earned media coverage that can also strengthen visibility in AI search.

We put attorneys in the news as authorities on the biggest legal stories of the day. We publicize significant cases, filings and victories, and help firms build stronger profiles with potential clients, referral sources and the broader legal community.

Authoritative media coverage also creates third-party signals and source material that can influence how attorneys and law firms are represented in Google, ChatGPT and other AI platforms when people search for legal expertise.

Newsroom PR Latino media and community outreach

Latino Media and Community Outreach

With the Latino community being the fastest-growing population in the U.S., we’re highlighting our Latino media and community outreach during Hispanic Heritage Month, Sept. 15–Oct. 15. In 2024, the estimated size of the U.S. Latino economy reached $4.4 trillion. Building year-round connections with the Hispanic market is essential.

As part of the Latino community ourselves, our Spanish-language team deeply understands the culture. We have strong relationships with Hispanic media journalists and know what truly resonates, going well beyond verbatim translation.

Our Spanish-language media team routinely lands bilingual attorneys on Telemundo, Univision and other major Spanish-language outlets, analyzing legal developments and how they specifically impact the Latino community.

No Spanish-speaking attorneys? We can create Spanish-language media assets from scratch for your social media platforms, website, newsletter and more.

Connecting with the Latino community requires an understanding of its culture, voice and diversity.
